Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Opportunities for continued education and certifications are encouraged and supported. Licensing and Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
