Description - What You Will Do Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across various areas, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols. Ensure result accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and oversee preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for further analysis as necessary. Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, mentor new staff, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards. Uphold a clean, safe work environment while complying with applicable regulations and accreditation requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health degree, alongside readiness for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
