Pay Rate: $30-35+ based on certifications and experienceArea: Dallas-Fort Worth Verticals: Multi-Family and Commercial Systems: Access Control, CCTV, Door Hardware, Burglar Alarms Responsibilities: Service and maintain fire alarms, access control, CCTV, sound, phone/CATV/DATA, and security systems for multi-family apartments and commercial/industrial facilities. Troubleshoot and repair systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide comprehensive customer training to ensure user confidence and satisfaction. Conduct inspections with Fire Marshals to ensure compliance and safety. Maintain safe and secure work and driving habits. Order parts, oversee deliveries, inspect work, and ensure project schedules are met. Requirements: Proven experience in security alarm and fire system installations. Exceptional verbal and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Clean criminal history. Experience with low voltage systems.
