Evaluate and Document Progress: Keep meticulous records of patient outcomes, monitoring their development and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure sustained progress. Education Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported to foster professional growth. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
