Education Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported to foster professional growth. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
