Position Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Radnor, PA 19087 Duration: 6 Months Schedule: Standard, Hybrid Position - (2) Days in the office Professional Summary Experienced Payroll professional skilled in processing large-scale, multi-state payrolls with specialized expertise in Pennsylvania payroll regulations. Proven ability to manage biweekly payrolls for 3,500+ employees, ensuring accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, and compliance with state and federal requirements. Proficient in SAP and SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience in Kronos timekeeping systems, unemployment claims, and garnishments. Adept at resolving discrepancies, managing employee data, and supporting HR operations through efficient record-keeping and reporting. Recognized for strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills & Competencies Multi-State Payroll Processing (Pennsylvania expertise) SAP HRMS / SuccessFactors Kronos Timekeeping Systems Garnishments & Unemployment Claims Wage, Deduction & Tax Management Data Entry & Reporting Accuracy Process Documentation & Compliance Employee Inquiry Resolution Wire Transfers & ACH Corrections Training & Team Collaboration Core Responsibilities Payroll Support Process and verify payroll changes (banking, W-4, deductions, additional payments). Review payroll bank accounts for ACH returns; manage reissuance via wire or payroll correction. Maintain accuracy of timekeeping data and upload non-Kronos time files into SAP. Handle electronic pay statement and W-2 access requests. Track timecard approvals and verify timesheets before finalizing payroll. Support biweekly payroll close, A/P wires, and post-payroll reconciliation. Maintain organized payroll records, logs, and vendor contact lists. Serve as back-up for payroll and A/P wire responsibilities as needed. Other Administrative Support Complete employment verifications through Experian Verify. Schedule and coordinate interdepartmental meetings. Assist with special projects, acquisitions, and year-end reporting tasks. Maintain payroll file archives and departmental documentation. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma (required); Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Experience: Minimum 4 years in payroll or HR administration within a corporate environment. Systems: Proficiency in SAP HRMS, SuccessFactors, and Kronos required. Skills: Data entry accuracy, process documentation, and strong problem-solving ability.
