School-Based BCBALocation: Roslyn, Nassau County, NY Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week (school-day hours) About Us: Dragonfly Cares Dragonfly Cares is a mission-driven organization committed to helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive. Our team delivers high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy where it's needed most - in homes, schools, and communities across Long Island. Dragonfly Cares is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. This role offers a consistent 30-hour weekly schedule, ideal for BCBAs who want meaningful school-based work, stability, and work-life balance - with the option to pick up additional cases if desired. If you're passionate about supporting students' growth and collaborating with educators and families, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee and adjust ABA interventions to ensure student progress Provide training and consultation to school staff on ABA best practices Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Supervise and support Behavioral Technicians/RBTs Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification; LBA required or in process Minimum 1 year BCBA experience (school-based preferred) Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills Why Join Dragonfly Cares?
