Job Description A leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry is hiring Press Operators with experience running rotogravure or gravure printing equipment to join their growing production team. What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Incentivized training & cross-training programs Career advancement into senior operator, lead, or technical roles Clean, well-maintained facility with a strong safety culture What You’ll Do Operate, set up, and troubleshoot rotogravure/gravure printing presses Perform press changeovers, cylinder changes, ink setup, and registration adjustments Maintain print quality, color consistency, and production standards Monitor press performance and make minor mechanical adjustments Complete quality checks and documentation throughout production runs Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures What We’re Looking For Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Press Operator (or equivalent) Hands-on gravure or rotogravure press operation experience Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.) Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment If you’re looking to sharpen your press skills and grow within a stable organization, we’d like to hear from you.
