Valtir is currently looking to hire a Career Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift team member for our Fort Worth, TX plant. Our products are specified, sold, and installed throughout North America and in more than 100 international markets. As a Career Quality Inspector, you'll make visual and measured inspection of products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if products meet all requirements. Location: Ft. Worth, TXStarting rate $21/hour, plus $2 night shift premiumFull-time: M-F, 1:30 pm to 9 pmWhat you will do: Proficiently utilize inspection tools and measuring equipment Understand and apply quality science and tools May be Welding Inspector Specialist (WIS) Level II or able to achieve in 6 months Work under the supervision of a Level 2 Certified Inspector Follow all safety rules and practices May be involved in safety committees or initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What you'll need: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience Certified in at least 2 additional NDE methods (such as bubble leak, dye penetrant, ultrasound, radiography film interpretation) Competitive Benefits & Programs: In addition to a thriving workplace environment, a comprehensive benefits package is provided for our employees including: Medical and Health Savings Account.
