About the Company Fast-growing B2B SaaS company Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role Join our dynamic team as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing an innovative customer success strategy aligned with our ambitious growth and revenue goals. In this senior leadership position, you will oversee the entire post-sales customer journey—from implementation and onboarding to customer adoption, renewal, and expansion. Your responsibilities will include: Establishing clear success metrics to gauge performance and outcomes Acting as the executive voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our efforts Driving sustainable growth by collaborating closely with sales, product, and revenue leadership teams Building and scaling a world-class customer success organization that prioritizes accountability, customer empathy, and continuous improvement We seek candidates with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in SaaS customer success or post-sales leadership, along with a strong track record of developing successful customer success teams. Ideal candidates will possess an analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making skills, and exceptional communication abilities, coupled with a commanding executive presence. A hands-on leadership approach is essential, as is a passion for team recruitment and development. Experience in B2B or vertical SaaS environments and knowledge of modern customer success tools will be beneficial in this role.
