This is a skilled position on 1st shift with a pay rate of $35/hour Davenport Screw Machine OperatorShift: 1st 6am-4pm Monday through Thursday, 6am-Noon Friday as needed Pay Rate: $35/hour Screening Process: phone interview with the company, skills assessment, in-person interview with the company Duties, Skills, Qualifications Minimum 8 years experience on 5-spindle Davenport automatic screw machines Expert knowledge of the set-up, operation & maintenance of Davenport screw machines Perform easy-to-difficult set-ups on Davenport screw machines quickly and effectively. Operate 2 or more Davenport machines, or a Davenport and other multi-spindle screw machines at full efficiency. Maintain excellent quality while hitting production targets. Share knowledge and instruct and assist others in the operation and setup of Davenport machines. Experience with other types of screw machines a definite plus.
