Identify trends, develop forecasts, and present insights to senior management. Provide analytical support for long-range planning, budgets, and rolling forecasts. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills and ERP reporting experience (SAP or NetSuite preferred). Systems-oriented mindset with process improvement experience. Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
