NP / PA - Spine & Physical Medicine

The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with physicians and rehabilitation specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients with spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and managing treatment plans, prescribing medications, assisting with interventional procedures, and providing patient education on rehabilitation and prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in spine, orthopedics, pain management, or physical medicine and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach to care. Medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date! Requirements: 36 hours per week - First Shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM BLS/CPR Certification Current and unrestricted state license in Indiana as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA strongly preferred. Prior experience in spine or physical medicine preferred. New graduates with relevant rotations or strong interest in spine care will be considered. Competence in performing patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic imaging and lab tests, and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
