Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities Support professional growth through mentorship and preceptorship Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards Comply with all policies and code of conduct Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills :Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Minimum 1 year of direct patient care nursing experience preferred Ability to work Day Shift (for this specific role) Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
