Job Details:Title: Self-Park Supervisor Location: BNA Airport Pay Rate: $20.00/ hour Full-Time position available:Tuesday- Saturday, 2:00pm-10:30pm Supervisor experience preferred. This position requires open availability. We will need multiple shifts covered by this candidate at different times, though we would seek to provide a set schedule that meets both the needs of the candidate as well as the operation. Flexibility to be able to help cover on short notice is a big plus. The Spirit of the Position: A LAZ Self-Park Supervisor plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are both the frontline of our operations and support on our backend as well. This position is intended for an individual who is hard working, excited to learn, and hungry for a career. What Will I Do? The Self-Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for all five of the Self-Park lots on property and the staff of cashiers that operate them. This includes but is not limited to:- ensuring cashiers' banks and drops are accurate and reported correctly while overseeing cashier shift changes- monitoring equipment issues and communicating them outwardly for correction, or resolving them personally if needed- taking both internal and external calls and assisting with any requests- dispatching cashiers/techs for tasks/requests, and sometimes acting as cashier/technician when needed- interdepartmental communication via both phone and email- problem resolution- setting the team and operations up for success on a daily basis Principal Job Duties: Assists in establishing performance standards and recommending and implementing procedure changes when necessary. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help. Assist customers over the the intercom system, in lobbies and lanes. Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data, or other reports requested by management. Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed. Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base. Basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system (add/delete accounts, key in required information from monthly applications). Other related duties as assigned. Experience: Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Strong customer service experience. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift. Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
