Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care across all age groups, from children to older adults. Oversee chronic disease management, preventive health measures, and acute care with a patient-centered philosophy. Perform physical examinations, interpret test results, and create tailored treatment plans for each patient. Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other medical professionals to support total wellness. Engage in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient experiences and outcomes. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain accurate patient information. Provide both in-person and virtual consultations to meet the needs and preferences of your clientele. Education and Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine. Licensing and Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or current possession of) a Florida medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous. Skills and Experience Sound clinical and diagnostic capabilities, emphasizing preventive care. Familiarity with value-based care systems and a proactive attitude toward improvement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable utilizing technology, including EMRs and telehealth platforms.
