Physical Therapist 5x8 Days, M-F 7:30am-4pm Start Date: Every other week on Mondays (once fully cleared) Shift (hours & time of day): 7:30am-4pm Ratios: 1 to 5 patients Years of experience REQ: 1 year First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Certs Required: BLS Weekend REQ: No Is on-call REQ? No Float Required: No Open to accommodating block schedule (all shifts together): N/A Pending State License accepted: Yes, but WV PT licensure is required prior to start RTO Restrictions: None Special Requirements: None Unit Description: Medical Rehabilitation Unit inside a Trauma hospital. Primarily stroke patients (40%). Max 5 patients per day. Usually 3-4 patients per day 90 minutes each. Scrub Color: anything except blue, forest green or maroon because those are nursing colors. We have T shirts for our unit that we are happy to share with you (you can tie dye them on lunch) Charting: Cerner Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
