Float Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician - Greater Sacramento Area Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Float Medical Provider in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote care with in-person clinic coverage as needed. You will support multiple sites within a collaborative FQHC/community health model, delivering high-quality outpatient care without nights, weekends, call, or panel management responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $320,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience Flexible full-time or part-time schedules No call and no weekend requirements Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Malpractice coverage with tail included Generous PTO, CME allowance, and tuition reimbursement Strong clinical and administrative support structure Position Expectations Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient setting strongly preferred Comfort managing approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including structured administrative time Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours Proficiency in EMR workflows, including in-basket management (patient messages, lab review, medication refills) EPIC experience highly preferred Adaptability to work across multiple clinic locations and telemedicine platforms Commitment to culturally competent care in a diverse, multilingual population Bilingual skills (Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto, or other languages) highly valued Requirements Current California medical license (MD or DO) Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Strong outpatient primary care experience Comfort delivering both in-person and telemedicine care Excellent communication and team-based care skills Why Sacramento?
