Job Title: CNC Maintenance Tech Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: 3 Month CTH. notes: Monday to Friday - Shift - 6 am to 2:30 Computer Language, CNC, Checking WO, Not running the machine. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot all in-house industrial controls, CNC Equipment, etc., and performs preventative maintenance functions to such equipment • General knowledge of CNC programming and operation • bility to learn CNC fundamentals, can operate CNC machines as required for maintenance and troubleshooting (G-codes, offset, home, cycle start, ...) • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance procedures especially for CNC equipment and other process-controlled equipment. • Maintain CNC equipment, monitor newly installed equipment, and train other workers in the operation of equipment. • Must be flexible and willing to work as a fabricator as well. • bility to Diagnosis machine component failures vs programmatic issues with CNC code. • ctively engage in safety of self and others at the facility, including holding customers and contractors responsible for best-in-class safety. • Produce a quality product with attention to detail. • Ensure orders maintain internal schedule to keep pace to be on time to customer. • Follow directions from manager and functional lead to complete daily tasks. • Contribute to continuous improvement activities as needed. • Other Job Duties as required Key Objectives: • Maintain and Operate CNC machines. • Measuring of aluminum extrusions to be cut for fabrication. • ssembly of cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames. • Check material against orders and visually inspect incoming materials. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. •Skills Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance • Must have some knowledge of machine operations • Knowledge of CNC mechanical operations and performance, • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Our client sponsorship is not available for this position.
