My wife, Trenna, works alongside me as our office manager, and together we're committed to making sure our neighbors are properly protected. Outside of the office, I enjoy volunteering in the community, playing guitar, skateboarding, and relaxing at the beach. We also share a big love for animals-our home is filled with rescued pets, and when you visit the office, you'll meet our fish collection as well as Legend and Epic, our spunky standard poodles with their signature mohawks. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Engelmann - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
