BASIC JOB FUNCTION: The Operations Supervisor is a hands-on, working role responsible for supporting daily operations and supervising production and warehouse activities. This position ensures operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, addresses day-to-day issues as they arise, and supports efficiency across labor, materials, and equipment while maintaining consistent operational standards. This position will report to the Director of Mobility Services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support and participate in daily production, warehouse, and logistics operations Provide day-to-day supervision of production and warehouse staff Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and support receiving and shipping activities Monitor workflows, schedules, inventory, and material movement to maintain efficiency Address routine operational, logistics, and personnel issues as they arise Support adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards Assist with process improvements, documentation, and basic operational reporting Support cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and material accuracy Enter, review, and update customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational function such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, process improvement, etc. Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience and the ability to manage across a wide range of capabilities and personalities Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience a plus Hands-on experience with order entry, data accuracy, and maintaining operational records Experience coordinating basic logistics activities, including shipping and receiving support KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Working knowledge of production, warehouse, and logistics operations Ability to support day-to-day operational activities and follow established workflows Understanding of order processing, inventory tracking, and material movement Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain reliable operational records Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite experience a plus Ability to supervise daily work activities and provide routine guidance to staff Ability to identify, communicate, and help resolve routine operational issues Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and safety standards Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications EDUCATION High school diploma or GED required; combination of education, training, and experience will be considered LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Valid Driver's license required Ability to obtain Airport and/or Postal Service Badge. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Walk and stand for duration of shift. Lift 50+ lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75 - 100 lbs.
