Hours not guaranteed week of orientation or during the holidays where the unit is closed.Facility can cancel one shift biweekly without penalty Orientation: Five 8-hour shifts Shift: 12 hour days (0645-1915) , Attending morning huddle at 0645 Float requirements: None On Call/Call Back Requirements: Weekend call - Saturday at 7 am to Monday at 7 am (approx. every 6-8 weeks) Weeknight call- clinician will be assigned (1) weeknight of call per week from 7p-7a. Holiday: (1) 24-hour call once per contract. Recognized holidays: New Years' Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day Staff Meeting: 4th week of every month Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: CST Certification (NBSTSA), AHA BLS Required CURRENT Experience (HARD STOPS): General Surgery, Robotics (Davinci), Ortho, Endo -Will be trained to clean endo scopes for call , Urology, C-Sections, and Cataract/Retina. Other cases include: bariatrics, OBGYN, ENT and vascularMust have experience with cataracts/retinas, vascular (thrombectomy), C-sections Scrubs: provided Minimum Experience: 3+ years experience and must have completed 1 travel assignment, 2 preferred Scrubs: provided by facility Charting Experience Required: none Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates No Heart or Brain Surgery 10 ORs Compliance is due 7 business days prior to start date
