The Mother Baby Centers deliver integrated, family-centered maternity services through Allina Health and Children's Minnesota, offering labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care with high-risk pregnancy support, NICU collaboration, and specialized OB/GYN leadership. Learn more Job Description: CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics. "Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital. Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute. Professional Liability insurance including tail. Practice details: 7 CNM's Midwife self-schedule Collaborative, supportive and encouraging teammates. Full time with clinic and call coverage. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required. Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire. BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days. AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required. Physical Demands Medium Work: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
