Construction Foreman

We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. This role requires a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and hands-on experience in underground utility work.Key Responsibilities: Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and more Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications Complete other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Experience in underground utility construction Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
