DIRECT HIRE Registered Respiratory Therapist

Position may be eligible for up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation up to $5,000 Summary: Provides care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes. Provides bedside diagnostic procedures as needed. Reviews and maintains respiratory care plans. Performs evaluations on patients and adjusts the care appropriately. Assists as a preceptor for students and new hires. Education: Must be a graduate of a respiratory therapy program. License/Certification: Must obtain entry-level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC. Must have a current Ohio State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners. Must have current certification in CPR. Must have ACLS and NRP certifications or obtain in 6 months. PALS and Stable preferred but not required. Experience: N/A Other Qualifications: Must be able to be on call. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
