Performing resident/patient assessments. Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures. Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients. Checking residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records. Administering prescribed medications and injections. Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
