Job Title: RN - PCURate: Up to $1750.00 weeklyLocation: Augusta, GANight Shift (12H)Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.Experience: 1 years PCU experience requiredLicenses/Certifications: Current licensure in the state of Georgia. AHA BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certification required.General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: • No block scheduling • Patient populations include mixed Med-Surg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care (PCU) patients, with limited neuro cases • Experience with respiratory and cardiac patients required • Ability to titrate cardiac drips and provide telemetry monitoring required • Assignments may consist of all PCU, all Med-Surg/Telemetry, or a combination of PCU and Med-Surg/Telemetry based on patient acuity and staffing needs Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with state guidelines and organizational policies; identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions as needed • Maintain accurate records and metrics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care documentation • Uphold a high standard of professional patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as required
