Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full Time Floor Nurse in Saginaw. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare team members, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients on assigned floor in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Additional Information This is a full-time position located in Saginaw.
