The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do): Open boxes and unpack incoming parts Place parts neatly onto trays according to production requirements Load trays onto the shooter table to support continuous production flow Document and verify part labels against inventory sheets Maintain full trays to ensure production remains efficient and uninterrupted Keep the work area organized and aligned with safety standards Stay on your feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and keep pace all shift Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear Show up steady and put in a real day's work Pay attention - details make the difference Be open to learning and improving every shift Work side by side with your crew - no drama, just teamwork Flex for different shifts or overtime when needed No experience?
