At LRE Foundation Repair, we're not just fixing foundations; we're revolutionizing the way it's done. Our team consists of driven individuals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and delivering solutions that inspire confidence. Training Requirement: This position requires the selected candidate to travel to Brooksville for training for approximately 6-8 weeks. Reliable transportation and the ability to commit to this training period are required. All training details will be provided prior to the start date. Responsibilities: Lead a team of installers in the application of PolyLevel/Chemical grouting techniques for foundation repair. Coordinate with production managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for PolyLevel and chemical grouting applications. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the team. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure they have a remarkable experience. Attend weekly team meetings and monthly safety meetings. RequirementsExperience supervising projects and crew members in construction or related field. 2-3 years of experience in construction or heavy labor role. This is a "hands-on" foreman role. Previous experience in foundation repair, specifically with PolyLevel and chemical grouting applications required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight required. Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding team members. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
