NP / PA / Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in northern California. In this position, you will offer comprehensive primary care to individuals and families of all ages, prioritizing preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. This role provides a valuable opportunity to significantly enhance the health and well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions. Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury. Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting. Explain procedures, discuss test results, and detail prescribed treatments with patients. Document patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record. Oversee and direct professional and ancillary staff in patient care. Stay informed about current medical practices and advancements. Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information. Education & Certifications: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program preferred. Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required. California State licensure. Current DEA licensure. BLS Certification.
