Required Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Achieve ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification within the first year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your tenure in this role.
