What You'll Do: Provide high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. Evaluate, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using an EMR platform with integrated AI-scribe technology. Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development initiatives. Schedule & Expectations: Full-time outpatient schedule with standard clinic hours. Average of 11 patients per day. Streamlined hiring process with interviews and offers extended within 1-2 weeks. Preferred Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's degree considered with strong experience. 2-4 years of outpatient physical therapy experience ideal - new graduates welcome. Active Louisiana PT license or eligibility via interstate compact license. Candidates with inpatient backgrounds open to transitioning to outpatient care will be considered. Strong clinical communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Clean disciplinary history (background check required).
