Senior Industrial Service Technician

Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking to immediately hire a Senior Industrial Water Treatment Service Technician for our Burnsville, MN location, with experience working with customers at their location, to perform installation and service maintenance on industrial high purity water treatment systems including water softeners, deionization, reserve osmosis applications, and carbon filtration. Qualified Candidate should have: 1-3 years experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial water systems (RO, DI, softeners, UV, lab polishing equipment, etc.)1-3 years related experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical or utility serviceExperience with plumbing materials such as PVC, CPVC, copper, PVDFExperience troubleshooting low/high voltage and control wiringProficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Valid driver's license with good driving recordHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift/move up to 80 lbs (over 80 lbs with assistance)Must obtain and maintain DOT Medical CardWillingness to travel throughout Midwest Responsibilities include: Perform installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-purity water systems (RO, DI, softeners, UV, filters, etc.)Work with pumps, motors, control panels, and other mechanical and electrical systemsPerform filter changes, sanitizations, calibrations, and bacteria samplingFollow QSR and safety procedures and maintain accurate service recordsSupport system start-ups, modifications, and equipment exchangesCommunicate service issues and recommendations to customersParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours supportMaintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work areaOperate forklifts, and load/unload equipment as neededIdentify potential sales opportunities and report to the Industrial Sales team Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minority, Female, Veteran, Disability.
