Job Title: LVN / LPN Location: Denton, TX Duration: 13-Week Contract Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM Friday: 7:45 AM - 1:45 PM Compensation: $32/hour (Traveler Rate) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a hospital setting in Denton, Texas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician Monitor and document vital signs; promptly report changes in patient condition Administer medications and injections as prescribed Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and clinical procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Support care coordination and provide patient education Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and patient safety standards Qualifications Active Texas LVN/LPN License (required) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (hospital or clinic setting preferred) BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Strong communication and documentation skills EMR experience preferred For more details contact at hdavda@ or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
