Job Summary and Responsibilities The Clinical Team Lead will balance direct patient care with clinical oversight. Your role will involve coordinating and optimizing staffing resources across the Mission Health System by engaging with CarePartners Internal Staffing nursing and therapy teams. Collaborate with system leaders and educators to ensure a competent and safe staffing level is maintained. You will also assess staffing needs, make necessary adjustments, and recruit staff for the Internal Staffing Agency as required. Additionally, provide essential administrative support to facilitate daily operations and program management. Qualifications Required Education: Associate's Degree Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Required License: Registered Nurse Preferred Experience: Experience as a staffing coordinator or within a staffing agency is advantageous.
