The Opportunity: As part of the Internal Tax - Independence Requirement team, you will manage the tax compliance and planning for executives, focusing on partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, AMT, and year-end planning. In your role as Senior Associate, you will analyze complex tax issues, mentor junior staff, and uphold high standards in your deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: Managing individual tax compliance and strategic planning for executives. Handling partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns. Conducting AMT and year-end tax planning. Providing creative solutions to intricate tax problems. Mentoring and guiding junior team members. Maintaining high standards in all deliverables. Building and nurturing strong client relationships. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. What You Must Have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should hold or be committed to obtaining their CPA license, or be an Enrolled Agent or Bar Member. What Sets You Apart: A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred. A thorough understanding of individual tax compliance and planning for executives, professional service environments, experience with tax returns and planning, and a demonstrated ability to lead projects will distinguish you as a candidate.
