If you enjoy solving problems, working hands-on with CNC equipment and being the go-to expert when machines need attention, this role is for you.What You'll Do: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centersPerform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtimeDiagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issuesSupport general facility maintenance as neededJump into action when machines are down – you'll be a key player in production successAbility to physically life/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs. What We're Looking for: 5+ years of CNC maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solvingKnowledge of CNC machine design and operationExperience with PLC/CNC systems and test equipmentSolid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to work independently and communicate clearly with the teamPride in your work and attention to detail Why WALCO?
