Organization: OLLIN DETLANI – LUZ EN MOVIMIENTO (501(c)(3)) Location: Remote (USA preferred) Description: OLLIN DETLANI – LUZ EN MOVIMIENTO is a nonprofit organization that builds and operates free community cinema-theaters as tools for visual education, culture, and technology in Indigenous and underserved communities. We are urgently seeking a senior-level Grants Manager to join our core team on a pro bono basis during our growth and funding phase. Responsibilities: Identify foundation, institutional, and public grant opportunities Lead grant writing and submissions Manage timelines, reporting, and compliance Advise leadership on fundraising strategy Profile: Proven track record securing grants Strong grant writing and strategy skills Experience with U.S. foundations and public funding Commitment to social impact and long-term collaboration Compensation: Pro bono / volunteer role Opportunity for paid engagement as funding is secured How to Apply: Apply through Idealist with a short note describing your grant experience. Social Media & Communications Manager (Volunteer) – to manage social media, digital outreach, and public communications. All roles are currently volunteer / pro bono, with the possibility of paid positions as the organization grows and funding is secured.
