Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Move/Relocation Operations Managerto serve as the leadforon-site resourcesfor our client account. This supervisory role reports directly to the Small Projects team and requires 100% on-site presence to provide immediate, responsive support for various facilities and logistics needs while overseeingmovetechnician operations. This position combines hands-on technical work with supervisory responsibilities, managing projects and coordinating move technician activities. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Supervise and coordinate activities ofmovetechnicians across multiple projectsAssign work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and client needsConduct quality control inspections of completed work and ensure compliance with JLL standardsProvide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior techniciansLead daily briefings and coordinate withmovetechnicians on project statusEscalate complex issues to Small Projects Team Lead as neededMaintain team accountability for safety protocols and performance standards Project Management & Coordination Plan and execute complex multi-phase office moves and space reconfigurationsDevelop project timelines, resource allocation, and logistics coordinationInterface directly with client stakeholders on project requirements and updatesCoordinate with external vendors, contractors, and other tradesManage project documentation, progress reports, and client communicationsConduct pre-move planning sessions and post-move evaluations Move Support & Space Management Execute complex office moves, relocations, and space reconfigurationsEnsuremovecrews aresupported and engaged to with a plan for delivery every dayOversee furniture placement and workspace setup/teardown operationsLead department relocations and floor plan changesManage move logistics including scheduling, equipment, and coordination with other tradesMaintain customer satisfaction rating on supervised projectsSelf-perform complex moves and installations when needed Event Setup & Support Supervise setup of meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event venuesCoordinate seating, tables, and staging for large corporate eventsProvide after-hours supervision for special events as neededEnsure proper setup and breakdown procedures are followed Furniture Services & Quality Control Oversee receiving, inspection, and delivery of furniture throughout the facilitySupervise assembly and installation of office furniture, workstations, and modular systems (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth, etc.)Perform complex furniture repairs, adjustments, and reconfigurationsMaintain furniture inventory and condition reportsEnsure quality standards are met on all furniture installations Facilities Maintenance & Handyman Services Coordinate and oversee completion of maintenance work ordersAssign routine facility upkeep tasks to appropriate techniciansSelf-perform maintenance tasks requiring advanced skillsSupervise coordination with external contractors for specialized workLead participation in building emergency response procedures Technology & Documentation Oversee utilization ofWork Ordersystemsuch as Corrigofor work order trackingReview and approve work order completion with detailed documentation and photosManage mobile applications for real-time communication and schedulingMaintain accurate records of team productivity, completed tasks, and time allocationGenerate reports on team performance and project status Required Qualifications Experience:3+ years in facilities management, move coordination, furniture installation, or related field with 2+ years in supervisory or lead capacityLeadership Skills:Proven ability to supervise, train, and coordinate work activities of technical staffTechnical Expertise:Advanced experience with furniture assembly, installation, and complex facilities maintenanceProject Management:Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating resourcesPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in various environmentsCommunication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface with senior client stakeholdersIndependence:Ability to make independent decisions and solve complex problems with minimal supervisionTechnology:Proficiency with CAFM systems, project management software, smartphones, tablets, and computer applications Preferred Qualifications Experience working in corporate office environments or Class A commercial buildings in a supervisory capacityAdvanced knowledge of major office furniture systems (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth)Experience with vendor management and contract coordinationSafety certificationsand/or working knowledge of furniture install safetyKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsPrevious experience with integrated facilities management servicesProject management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferredBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred Working Conditions Location:100% on-site presence requiredin Hazelwood Mo.Schedule:Standard business hours (7:00 AM -
