Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 50% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships. About the Role: Logitech is seeking a dynamic Senior Federal Account Executive to drive strategic and high-value federal modernization and technology integration initiatives across US Federal agencies. In this role, you will lead important technology and modernization projects within major US Federal Government agencies, ensuring critical mission outcomes through innovative approaches and cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for an individual who can deliver solutions and influence stakeholders through strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and an understanding of public sector needs and procurement processes. Your Contributions: Lead and manage high-value federal sales projects, focusing on technology modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and comprehensive solution integration. Utilize your storytelling and presentation skills to effectively manage the sales cycle, including crafting client presentations and demos. Establish yourself as a trusted expert on technology integration, assisting in the adoption of innovative technologies within federal ecosystems. Influence collaboration at all levels, including senior leadership and peers, to drive exceptional results. Develop and execute robust sales strategies to enhance IT infrastructure and meet diverse agency needs. Provide expert consultation on policy and program objectives to improve operational effectiveness and mission readiness. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records while ensuring clear internal communication. Build and manage a thriving sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and strategic account planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align company products with agency goals and mission-critical objectives. Key Qualifications: To be considered, you must offer the following skills and experiences: Extensive experience in federal IT modernization and technology sales, focusing on large-scale solutions and strategic accounts. Proven success in federal sales with complete ownership of the process from prospecting to closing. Strong understanding of government policy, contract vehicles, and federal procurement practices. Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC. A recognized strategic vision and thought leadership in technology strategy and large-scale IT transformations. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence significant national initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated successful federal sales experience in global companies, managing communication with a global team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities. Experience in selling Unified Communications and a solid understanding of cloud solutions, with direct experience in video collaboration being a plus. Proficient with social media platforms like LinkedIn; familiarity with Sales Navigator is an advantage. Skilled in using Salesforce to manage and update sales pipelines. Able to conduct hands-on solution demonstrations in person with customers. Experience working on large RFPs is an asset. This position offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range typically between $183K and $286K, depending on location and experience. In some cases, higher compensation may be available based on business needs and candidate qualifications.
