Position Overview: We’re looking for a Spray Painter to join our team and help deliver high-quality finishes on fiberglass and aluminum light poles. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success.Responsibilities: •Operate industrial grade painting equipment, including paint spray guns •Prep surfaces to ensure a smooth and durable application •Maintain a clean and safe workspace •Assist with material handling and finish inspections and other tasks as neededSkills and Qualifications •Prior spray-painting experience preferred, but not required •Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality protocols •Comfortable working with industrial tools and equipment •Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a hard-working team
