Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services. Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards including Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs. Other duties as assigned. Installs, maintains, and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures.
