You’ll be responsible for maintaining high job quality, communicating with customers, completing documentation, and ensuring your crew works safely and efficiently.This role is ideal for someone with cleaning or restoration experience who wants to take the next step in leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and assist technicians on water, mold, and fire jobsCommunicate clearly with customers and office staffEnsure work is performed according to company and IICRC standardsComplete daily job documentation, equipment logs, and job notesPerform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services as neededManage equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdown on job sitesTrain new technicians and promote team safety and professionalismMaintain company vehicles and equipmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1+ year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsBasic computer and mobile device proficiencyValid driver’s license with clean driving recordIICRC certifications (CCT, WRT, AMRT, or others) are a plusWhy Join Voda At Voda Cleaning & Restoration, we don’t just clean and restore — we help people through stressful situations.
