We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Quality Assurance Inspectors to engage in impactful projects, including historical renovations and significant upgrades in occupied facilities. With expertise in Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or other building systems, you will collaborate closely with Jacobs and the client Project Manager to ensure excellence in inspections and quality assurance across multiple construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough field inspections of historical renovations and systemic upgrades. Providing expert guidance on constructability and work phasing. Scheduling, coordinating, and performing specialized field inspections. Inspecting on-site work for contract and code compliance. Utilizing PMIS tools for daily reports and progress photo documentation. Recommending the approval or rejection of materials and workmanship as necessary. Monitoring labor and safety compliance to ensure a secure working environment. Completing detailed written inspection reports, tracking defects, omissions, and other relevant activities. Requirements include an associate degree in a construction-related field or equivalent certification (waived for candidates with 10 years in a similar inspection role), along with 10 years of construction inspection experience.
