Join us as a Senior Product Manager focused on Incident Analysis within our dedicated Incident Management team! Reporting to the Director of Product for Incident Management, you'll closely partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver data-driven, user-centric experiences. This role empowers you to transform incident data into opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence, shaping the roadmap for products utilized by top DevOps, SRE, and digital operations teams worldwide. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at the intersection of analytics, DevOps, and user experience and is dedicated to leveraging operational data for better business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for Incident Analysis products, ensuring meaningful outcomes for users and the business. Drive the complete product lifecycle, from needs discovery through launch and iteration, emphasizing data-driven insights. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences that enhance adoption and foster learning. Engage with customers and cross-functional partners to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities. Track and analyze product performance, iterating on features to maximize user value and business impact. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, DevOps, or analytics platforms. Strong background in data analysis or analytics products (telemetry, observability, post-incident review). Proven track record of delivering features focused on workflow automation or operational improvement. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of the incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments. Hands-on experience with DevOps, SRE, or related tooling in a SaaS or modern infrastructure context. Familiarity with ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Splunk). A passion for enhancing user experience and driving continuous product improvement. Results-oriented with an intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset. The base salary range for this position is 161,000 - 271,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum base salaries we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position.
