Welder Oregon, IL $21-$26.54/hr based on experience Annual Bonus Eligible Etnyre International, a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road maintenance and repair equipment, is hiring a Welder to join our production team. Why You'll Love Working Here: Competitive hourly pay with annual bonus opportunities 11 paid holidays + 3 extra paid holiday break days PTO + 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life & disability insurance Schedule: Second Shift Monday-Thursday (Over-time options on Friday) 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM 40-50 hours per week What You'll Do: Perform MIG welding using standard tools and equipment Construct components and parts from standard materials Follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions Ensure quality standards are met through accurate, timely work Support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area What You Bring: General knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading (preferred) Ability to use precision measuring tools (required) Willingness to learn through hands-on experience or on-the-job training Strong attention to detail and work ethic Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs Ability to install 60 lb spools of wire on welding equipment Occasionally lift loads up to 75 lbs Join a company where your skill is recognized, your safety matters, and your work helps build the future of American roads.
