Job Title: Assembly 26-00026 Company or Role Overview: An assembler assembles and solders circuit boards, wire assemblies, and small panel units in accordance with quality requirements and standards. Available Shifts: 1st: 6am-4:30pm (Monday - Thursday) Possible OT on Fridays Pay Rate: $15 - $18.00 /hr. (Depending on experience) Work Environment: Bright, clean, climate-controlled environment with breakroom and cafeteria. Job Description: Follow assembly procedures, parts layouts, or other documentation in accurately assembling items Assemble, wire, & solder circuit boards and small panels with correct components according to documentation Clean and coat circuit boards as needed Operate machines to cut, strip, tin wire and crimp on terminals Keep clean and organized work area. Observe safety standards in work areas Proper product inspections Use of hand and power tools Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 Hours Requirements: Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require high school diploma.
