KPMG is currently seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to become part of our Global Compliance Management Services practice. Responsibilities: Oversee assigned global compliance engagements. Lead client communications and facilitate process review debriefing sessions. Collaborate with engagement teams and clients to ensure smooth project transitions. Supervise engagement question escalations. Maintain and enforce standardized contracts. Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager: Share best practices and insights with domestic and global compliance teams. Qualifications: At least five years of recent tax or accounting experience, including a minimum of three years in project management experience. Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to staff and senior-level team members. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; hold a licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MTX, MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt (or higher); individuals not possessing at least one of the approved credentials upon hire have one year from their start date to obtain one. Certified PMP is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and delegation capabilities. Able to work in a national/international team environment and collaborate remotely with peers. Demonstrate the ability to work independently with appropriate oversight. Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager: A minimum of eight years of recent tax or accounting experience is required.
