What's the Role? The Head of Client Accounting Services (CAS) is a vital leadership position responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the firm's CAS practice. This role is essential for transitioning the firm from traditional bookkeeping services to a client-centric advisory model. As an experienced CAS leader, you will have a unique opportunity to establish the practice from the ground up, create scalable processes, lead a top-performing team, and collaborate closely with firm leadership to foster long-term growth and innovation. This position can be based in any of our 19 office locations or be filled as a remote position, depending on your experience. We plan to conduct interviews for this role during the traditional CPA firm
