Key Responsibilities? Content Creation & Social MediaCreate engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platformsPlan, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videosTake professional photos and videos using a camera or mobile deviceMaintain a strong, consistent brand voice aligned with a high-performing insurance agency? Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementManage, launch, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platformsDevelop ad creatives, copy, targeting strategies, and funnelsMonitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI? Email Marketing & AutomationCreate and manage email marketing campaigns for leads, clients, and agent recruitmentWrite engaging email copy for newsletters, promotions, follow-ups, and nurture sequencesBuild and optimize email automations and drip campaignsTrack open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performanceAlign email campaigns with social media, ads, and sales funnels? Analytics, KPIs & ReportingTrack and analyze key performance indicators (leads, conversions, CPL, engagement, growth)Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendationsSuggest data-driven actions to improve overall marketing results? Web & Digital PresenceAssist with website updates, landing pages, and basic web development tasksEnsure marketing campaigns align across social media, ads, email, and web platforms✠QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing and social media managementHands-on experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google etc.)Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)Strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing, storytelling)Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)Ability to analyze KPIs, metrics, and campaign performanceBasic understanding of websites, landing pages, funnels, and marketing automationFluency in English required; speaking additional languages (Spanish, Creole, or others) is a strong plusSelf-motivated, creative, organized, and results-focusedBonus: Experience in insurance, finance, or service-based industries?
